Carbon Reduction:
Repairing timber elements instead of replacing them can reduce CO₂ emissions by up to 98% compared to new frames (especially uPVC or alluminum), according to a Life Cycle Assessment study by CE Delft.
Bio-based Products: The company offers specific formulations (such as BIO FLEX™) that incorporate bio-based raw materials, reducing reliance on pure petrochemicals.
No Polyester: Unlike traditional two-pack fillers, Repair Care products contain no polyester, which prevents them from becoming brittle and failing prematurely.
Long Lifespan: Because these repairs expand and contract with the wood, properly executed repairs can last for the lifetime of the substrate, significantly lowering material waste over time.
